baiee Terms and Conditions

baiee is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, online slots, live casino and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between baiee ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member").

• Each person may operate only one account.
• Multiple accounts may not be opened from one IP address or by members of the same household.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

baiee reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. A national identity card or other official documents may need to be submitted before deposits or withdrawals, or when certain limits are exceeded. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.1 Password and Security

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the baiee platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. New methods may be added in the future.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if identity verification is in progress or a security review is required, it may take longer.

4.4 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such deposits will be returned.
• If a transaction is pending, a withdrawal of the same or greater amount may be held.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• baiee reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus can be claimed once only and applies to new accounts only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 Other Promotions

baiee regularly offers various promotional offers. Each promotion may have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated alongside the relevant offer. General conditions:

• baiee reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• If bonuses are claimed using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• Promotional offers must be used within the specified validity period.
• baiee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular members can participate in the baiee VIP program. The VIP tiers are: Bronze, Silver and Gold. By playing regularly you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy increased cashback benefits.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet will only be considered final once the system has successfully confirmed it. If a bet fails to register due to a disconnection or technical issue, it will be considered void.

6.2 Result Determination

baiee's decision will be considered final in determining the results of all games and matches. In the event of any dispute, official data sources will be used and our support team can be contacted if needed.

6.3 Cricket Betting Rules

• If a match is cancelled due to rain or any other reason, the relevant bets will be processed as void.
• If a result is determined by the D/L method, bets will be settled accordingly.
• Separate rules may apply for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC events.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a technical error in any game or system results in an abnormal outcome or payout, baiee reserves the right to void that transaction. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baiee platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Misusing bonuses or manipulating the system through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of event manipulation.
• Attempting to find or exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Initiating credit card chargebacks or raising payment disputes unfairly.

11.1 Closure by baiee

baiee may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.

11.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any ongoing bets must be settled before account closure and the available balance can be withdrawn, though bonus terms will still apply.
